Leila and Jen were amazing hosts. They were always fast to respond, such a pleasure to negotiate with, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good shoot. "This was a great place to shoot. We spent 3 days at Electric Pony Studios shooting a commercial. Jen and Leila were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. Everything we needed was there. The fact that they have grip equipment available to rent on the premises was a lifesaver. "Had a wonderful day here at Electric Pony Studios. Big space, the photos don't lie. Good amount of house power on just about every post. There are additional G & E rentals at an arms reach which can be a life saver if you've undercooked your package. Bathrooms were clean and that is always appreciated. Jen was there all day to help us with our various needs, and was also just a great person to interact with. A++++++"

"Will we book again? HELL YEAH! What a smash time our production had! Electric Pony and its two proprietors Leila and Jen went out of their way to provide us the right space we needed for a final action scene in my picture, and made sure we had everything we needed, before we needed it. The space is so clean you could eat off the floor, the price is nice, and they have lights and even emergency props there. Everything is reasonable there. You can tell both ladies love film (and I suspect make films of their own because they Get It : they know the struggle lol). They care about indie film and they'll make yours easy. Entire cast found it a knockout. Would book again!"

As a freelance coordinator, I deal with a staggering amount of location reps and it is my experience that the common theme with reps are how many extra charges they can tack on to the production's bill without any personal regard for who they are renting out to. Leila and Jen are both far from this. They actually expressed care for the production, myself, and my crew. I can't recommend these two more than enough. The space speaks for itself and if not Leila and Jen will most certainly greet all of your questions with a smile."

Leila found me on Craigslist after I posted an ad looking for volunteers for a 48 Hour Film Project (per the festival rules). When we got our genre and theme we knew her warehouse was perfect. Then we go to set and found that she was the most supportive, professional, likable human being you have ever met. Highly recommend her location as it is worth top dollar, especially given the service it comes with.
Electric Pony Studios is a perfect warehouse location for just about any shoot. Leila and Jen are wonderful hosts! They strive to make sure they provide and atmosphere that your team can do their best work. Everything from our initial inquiries to our final load out was overseen with such care and generosity. I'll happily recommend this spot to anyone!

The owners, Jen and Leila, were friendly and responsive. Responsiveness is something that I value immensely when dealing with the several components of a professional shoot. My video production team and I came in and shot a pilot featuring a teen band performing in the space using their exposed brick wall as a backdrop. The space was precisely as advertised on Peerspace and Leila was accommodating and helpful all day long. I would recommend the space to any other producers interested in using it as a studio for film, tv or photography shoots.

Jen & Leila at Electric Pony Studios were more than accommodating for our shoot. Leila was on site with us through our entire shoot in case we needed anything. The gated parking lot on site could accommodate our small crew of about 10 plus our 5 actors. As far as their rate, they worked up something that was very doable for us because they believed in our project - I'd say if you're telling an interesting story that's progressive and inclusive of different identities give them a call. We really feel like EPS was our partner in making our project come to life, not just another space, and that type of community building is important to us. We could tell it's important to them too.
